Accessibility statement
We want anyone to be able to use this site, with or without a disability and on any device. This is our statement and how to tell us if something doesn't work for you.
1. Goal
We design and review the site aiming to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
2. What we've done
Among other measures:
- Full keyboard navigation, visible focus and a skip-to-content link.
- Semantic headings and landmarks, alt text on images and labels on every field.
- Color contrast reviewed in light and dark themes.
- Form errors described in text and announced to screen readers.
- Respect for the system's reduced-motion setting and large touch targets on mobile.
- Content in English and Spanish with the language declared on every page.
3. Known limitations
The 3D immersive mode is an optional visual experience; all of its content (projects, contact) is available on the regular pages. Client websites shown live inside some case studies belong to third parties and their accessibility depends on them.
4. Evaluation
We review the site with automated tests (Lighthouse and axe) and manual keyboard testing on every published version.
5. Report a barrier
If you find something you can't use, email tech@darkmattercode.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (978) 710-1884 with the page and the problem. We'll reply and provide the information another way while we fix it.
