About us. Engineers who build what your business needs.

We are a small team. You talk directly with the people who design and code your system, in English or Spanish.

Our story

Dark Matter Code started with a group of telematics engineers from the Dominican Republic. We came from connecting devices, networks and software, and kept seeing the same thing in companies: operations living in spreadsheets, WhatsApp chats and manual tasks.

Today the company is incorporated in Houston, Texas, and part of the team lives in San Antonio. We work online with businesses in the United States, the Dominican Republic, Spain, Argentina and anywhere else.

We build systems a business owns: apps, web platforms, point of sale, fleet tracking and AI assistants. Each one is designed around how that business works, not the other way around.

What sets us apart

  1. You talk to the buildersNo sales layers in between. The people on the call are the ones who code your system.
  2. Software and hardwareWe connect GPS, OBD-II, POS printers and sensors to the system. It is where our training started.
  3. AI where it helpsEveryone on the team uses AI in their specialty, and we put it where it saves real work: answering customers, quoting, spotting faults.
  4. In phasesWe start with what hurts most today. The rest is decided with results, not promises.

What we promise on every project

  • Assessment before any quote
  • Written scope and investment
  • Phased delivery
  • Support after launch
