ZCG Cloud Drive connects the ZCG Cloud Portal to the Windows desktop. The team works on shared Azure virtual desktops and sees case files as a network drive: they open, edit and save documents straight from Word and File Explorer, without a browser.
It uses the same two-factor sign-in as the portal and each person sees only what their role allows, with separate sessions even on a shared virtual machine. It respects Office's save and file-locking behavior so nobody overwrites someone else's work.
